The H3 cookbook offers a diverse selection that offers a blend of traditional favorites made healthy with cultural dishes. All recipes are uniquely designed to fit within Hilton Head Health’s suggested program calorie ranges – as low as 1200-1600 calories a day. Our American and multi-ethnic menu was also carefully created to meet the guidelines of the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association.
